Web Applications.

You do the same work over and over - copying data between spreadsheets, sending the same e-mails, tracking bookings and orders by hand. A classic website won't help with that, it only presents your company. A web application works with you: we build a tool exactly around your process that takes the repetitive work off your hands - from an internal dashboard through a booking system to a calculator. Not a template out of a box, but something that fits how you actually operate.

When a company needs a web application

Not every problem calls for an application - sometimes a website or automation is enough. But if you recognise yourself in this, a static website won't get you out of it:

A computer should be doing this.

Every week you copy the same data between spreadsheets and tools, send the same e-mails, log orders and bookings by hand. It's boring, it eats up time and once in a while someone signs off on it with an error you then spend ages tracking down.

A spreadsheet that outgrew itself.

Excel has 40 tabs, it stalls when you open it, half the company has no order in it and everyone's a bit afraid to change anything in case they break a formula nobody has understood for ages.

You pay for a SaaS you use a fifth of.

An off-the-shelf tool does 20 % of what you need, and you pay extra for every additional module - or it simply can't do it and you work around its limits by hand in yet another spreadsheet.

What it includes

What web application development covers

Four steps - from understanding your work to a tool you actually use.

01

First we understand the process

We sit down with what you handle by hand today - which data you copy where, who works with it and where it most often gets lost or goes wrong. From that we propose the scope: what the app does right away, what comes later and what isn't worth building at all. No building blind - before we write a single line of code, we both know what we're building and why, and where it saves you time.

02

We build a custom app

We build the app in Vue or React with a Node.js backend - a modern JavaScript stack, no click-together page builders that fall apart in two years. You get your own tool with its own login, screens and logic tailored to your process, not more fields in someone else's template. We match the choice of technology to what the project actually needs.

03

We connect it to your systems

Through APIs and automation platforms like n8n or Make we connect the app to the tools you already use - CRM, warehouse, invoicing, calendar and e-mailing. Data stops travelling by copy-paste across five windows and flows between systems on its own. Less manual rewriting means fewer typos and less time lost on fixes.

We deploy and look after it

We deploy the app, test it on real data and also mind semantic HTML, contrast and accessibility (WCAG). The access and the code are yours. And we're here after launch too - when you want to add a feature or fine-tune something, we don't build from scratch, we just build on what's already running.

How the collaboration works

From the first brief to a running app you always know what's happening, what it will cost and where we currently are.

  1. 01

    Brief and intro call

You write to us about which work eats up the most of your time or where an off-the-shelf tool falls short. On the intro call we break it down and tell you honestly whether it's even a case for an application - or whether automation or a website is enough. No obligation and no pressure.

  2. 02

    Analysis and a fixed quote

We map the process, the data and the roles and come back with a concrete proposal: what the app will do, by when and for how much. You get the price and timeline up front and we hold to them. You approve the quote before we start building - no negotiating along the way.

  3. 03

    Development with running demos

We build in smaller pieces and regularly show you what already works. You see the progress, give feedback and we react while it's cheap to change - not weeks of silence and a surprise only at handover.

  4. 04

    Deployment and long-term care

We deploy the app, test it and hand it over - the access and the code are yours. We're here afterwards too: when you want to add a feature or fine-tune something, we build on what's done, we don't start over.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is a web application versus a website?

A website presents your company - it tells people about you and your services. A web application works with you: a calculator, an internal dashboard, a booking system or a client portal that solves a specific process and works with your data. A website talks, an application solves.

What kinds of web applications do you build?

Internal company tools and dashboards, booking systems, client portals, calculators and pricing configurators, and micro-SaaS products too. They have one thing in common - they take the repetitive work off your hands or automate it, and they're built exactly around your process, not from an off-the-shelf template.

When do I need an application and when is automation or a website enough?

If you mainly want to present your company, a website is enough. If you need to connect a few tools and save on manual rewriting, automation is often enough. An application makes sense when you need your own screens, user roles, logic and data in one place. On the intro call we'll tell you honestly which of these is right for you - even if the answer is that you don't need an application yet.

What technologies do you build applications on?

On the frontend most often Vue or React, on the backend Node.js - a modern JavaScript stack. No click-together page builders that trap you in someone else's platform. We always adapt the choice to the needs of the specific project.

Can you connect the app to our existing system?

Yes. We connect the app to the tools you already use - CRM, warehouse, invoicing, calendar or e-mailing - via API or automation platforms like n8n and Make. That way data stops travelling by copy-paste and flows between systems on its own.

What if I don't know exactly what I need?

That's completely normal and you don't need to come with it figured out. It's enough to describe which work eats up the most time or where a tool falls short for you. The rest is our job - during the process analysis we'll name together what the app should solve and what it shouldn't, for now.

Will you build a micro-SaaS or a product I want to sell?

Yes. Besides internal tools we also build micro-SaaS - smaller products with their own login, user accounts and logic that you can offer to others. We usually start with a smaller scope that validates interest, and we build so it can be extended later.

Who owns the code and the access to the app?

You do. After handover you have the access and the source code - you're not tied to us or to someone else's platform. If you ever decide to continue with someone else, you have everything you need in your hands.

What happens with the app after launch?

Deployment isn't the end. We test the app, hand it over and stay available afterwards too - for changes, tuning or fixes when something's needed. We can set up ongoing care and further development based on how often you work with the app.

Can the app be extended later with more features?

Yes, that's exactly why we write clean code without page builders. When you want to add a feature, connect another system or serve more users, we build on what's done - we don't start from scratch. The app grows together with your company.

How much does developing a web application cost?

It depends on the scope. Simpler tools start at roughly 900 €, larger applications more. You get the exact price and timeline after the process analysis - and we hold to them. No surprises on the invoice.

How long does developing a web application take?

It depends on the scope and the number of integrations - a smaller tool is faster, a larger app with more connections takes longer. You get a specific timeline together with the scope and price after the process analysis, with no obligation.

Let's build something together

You bring the idea. We handle the rest.

Tell us what you need. We will reply within one business day with an honest take on whether we are the right fit, the scope and timeline we see, and a custom quote.
