Support and Maintenance.

Websites don't go down when no one is watching. They go down in peak season, mid-campaign, the evening before a holiday - exactly when customers are heading to them and every hour of downtime costs money. Sometimes they don't even fail loudly: a form quietly stops sending and you don't notice for weeks. Monthly website management and support from us means we know about a problem before you do and prevent most of them - with controlled updates, backups, and monitoring that runs through the weekend too. We look after websites and e-shops, including ones built by someone else, and you write directly to the person who knows your site, not to an anonymous ticket queue.

How we work

No drawn-out onboarding or bureaucracy. From the first email to a smoothly running website, it takes four steps.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough and initial audit

You send us a link to the site and the access details. We look under the hood - at versions, plugins, backups, hosting, and the state of security - and tell you honestly what condition the site is in and what we'd keep an eye on. No commitment and no fluff.

  2. 02

Fixing and setting up the basics

Before regular management starts, we put the most urgent things in order and set up the basics: reliable off-site backups, availability monitoring, and basic security. So we're not firefighting someone else's neglect every month, but building on a solid foundation.

  3. 03

    Regular management

We keep the site running at the agreed rhythm - controlled updates with verification, backups, monitoring, security checks, and minor edits within scope. This is the boring, invisible part thanks to which nothing happens.

  4. 04

    Communication and overview

You have one person who knows the site, and a brief overview of what we did and what we recommend next. No ticket queues, no long-term contract. When you need more or less, we simply adjust the scope.

Principles

Why we do it differently than an agency package

  1. 01

    We prevent, we don't firefight

Regular maintenance is boring - and that's exactly why it works. When we keep a site in order on an ongoing basis, most problems never reach you at all: you don't see them because they didn't happen. A fix made in a crisis, over the weekend and under pressure, is always more expensive and more stressful than fifteen minutes of calm work in advance. Think of it as insurance for your website - you pay a little, continuously, so that one day you don't pay a lot, all at once: in downtime, lost orders, and customer trust.

  2. 02

    No off-the-shelf package, sight unseen

A simple presentation site and a busy e-shop with thousands of orders don't need the same thing - so why pay for the same package? We set the scope based on what your website actually needs, not on what's convenient for us to sell. And we'll look after a site built by someone else too: we build on clean code without click-together page builders, so we can find our way around someone else's project and know where to reach when it's on fire.

  3. 03

    A person, not a ticket

You write directly to the person who knows your site - no forwarding between departments, no explaining from scratch to a different person every time. And no long-term contract that holds you by force: if you're not happy, you leave whenever you want and take your access and content with you. We hold on to your website, not to you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is website management and support?

Regular care that keeps a website secure, up to date, and working - so it doesn't go down when you rely on it most. In practice it includes system and plugin updates, backups, availability monitoring, security checks, and an agreed scope of minor edits. It's not a one-off fix, but ongoing oversight to keep problems from happening in the first place.

What does monthly website management include?

Regular updates of the system, plugins, and themes, automatic backups, availability monitoring, security checks, and an agreed scope of minor edits. We set the specific scope based on what your website actually needs, not on a price list - a small presentation site needs something different than a busy e-shop.

How does taking a website into management work?

First we look at the site and tell you honestly what state it's in. If needed, we put the basics in order - backups, monitoring, and security - and then regular management kicks in. The whole thing runs through one person, with no drawn-out onboarding and without you having to rewrite anything from scratch.

How much does website management and maintenance cost?

It depends on the scope - a simple presentation site and a busy e-shop aren't the same thing. We look at the site and give you a fixed monthly price upfront, no surprises on the invoice. Bigger edits beyond the plan are always quoted separately and in advance, never retroactively.

How often should a WordPress website be updated?

We handle security updates as soon as they come out, the rest regularly as part of monthly management and always with verification that the site works afterwards. The goal is for the site to never run on an outdated, vulnerable version, but also for a hasty update not to break it.

Do you also look after a website you didn't build?

Yes, it's common. First we check the site, and if it's in order or we put it in order, we take over its management. It doesn't need to have been built by us - we can find our way around someone else's project, as long as it's built on a reasonable foundation.

My website has run for years without problems, why pay for management?

That's often the most treacherous moment. A site that has run for a long time without maintenance isn't secure - it just hasn't had bad luck yet. Outdated plugins, no usable backup, or an unknown security hole pile up quietly until they all show up at once, at the worst possible time. Regular management is almost always cheaper than one serious outage.

I only have a small site, is management worth it for me?

We set the scope based on the size of the site, so for a small presentation site you don't pay like for a big e-shop. But even a small site needs up-to-date plugins and a working backup - and it's precisely with small sites that no one has watched over them for years.

What happens when the website goes down?

Thanks to monitoring, we find out about an outage immediately, often before your customers do. We restore the site from a backup and find the cause so the problem doesn't recur. We handle outages as a priority, ahead of routine requests.

How quickly do you respond?

You write directly to the person who knows your site, so you don't waste time explaining from scratch. We handle routine requests within business days; outages and emergencies take priority.

Does website management tie me into a long-term contract?

No. It works on a monthly basis and can be adjusted or ended at any time. Your access and content stay yours - we hold on to your website, not to you.

Do you have to have access to my website?

Yes, we need access to the admin and hosting so we can manage, back up, and secure the site. Your access and content stay yours, and we'll hand them over to you at any time.
